1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how VIPsAllowed, operated by Tyga.Cloud Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, stores, and discloses your Personal Data. "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, as defined under applicable data protection laws including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

VIPsAllowed is a premium content creator platform providing content monetisation, subscription management, live streaming, direct messaging, content planning, and payment processing services.

2. Applicability

This policy applies when Tyga.Cloud Ltd acts as a data controller, including when you:

  • Visit or browse the VIPsAllowed website
  • Create a user account (Creator or Subscriber)
  • Subscribe to Creators, purchase content, or send tips
  • Use content planning and social media cross-posting features
  • Conduct live streams or participate in live chat
  • Process payments or withdrawals through the Platform

3. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

  • Account information: name, email address, username, password
  • Profile information: bio, avatar, cover photo, location, date of birth, gender, website
  • Identity verification: government-issued ID, date of birth, country of residence (for Creator accounts)
  • Payment information: billing address, credit/debit card details (last four digits stored; full details processed by Stripe)
  • Content: posts, images, videos, live streams, messages, comments, and captions you create
  • Communications: messages with other users, support requests, and feedback
  • Social media credentials: OAuth tokens for connected platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) stored encrypted

Information Collected Automatically

  • Device information: browser type, operating system, screen resolution
  • Log data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, referring URLs
  • Usage data: features used, content viewed, interaction patterns
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy)
  • Session data: login times, session duration

Information from Third Parties

  • Payment providers: transaction status, fraud signals (from Stripe)

We do not sell your Personal Data. We may share information with:

  • Social media platforms: when you use content cross-posting features, content is shared with connected platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) per your instructions
  • Affiliates: other entities within Tyga.Cloud Ltd's corporate group
  • Law enforcement: when required by law, court order, or governmental regulation
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
  • With your consent: when you explicitly agree to share information with third parties

6. Children's Privacy

VIPsAllowed is not directed to children under eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will promptly delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us at dpo@tyga.cloud.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

  • Erasure: request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Restriction: request that we limit processing of your data in certain circumstances
  • Portability: request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing
  • Withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time
  • Opt-out: unsubscribe from marketing communications via the link in any email
  • Account deletion: delete your account via Settings > Account > Delete Account

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
  • Encrypted storage of sensitive credentials (social media tokens, payment data)
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
  • Role-based access controls and authentication
  • Incident response procedures

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

  • Active accounts: data retained for the duration of your account plus 3 years after closure
  • Transaction records: retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations
  • Server logs: 90 days for operational purposes; longer for security or compliance investigations
  • Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn or 3 years of account inactivity
  • Content: deleted when you remove it or when your account is closed, subject to backup retention cycles

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time via Settings or by contacting us.

10. International Data Transfers

Your Personal Data may be processed and stored in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. For transfers outside the UK/EEA, we implement appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses and adequacy decisions as required by data protection law.
