The cosmetics-only model is the right call — I can climb the Harvest League on pure merit and the leaderboard isn't bought. Real-time 1v1 duels with voice chat work, the clans are live, and the whole thing runs on my phone and desktop from the same build without complaint. The duel wrap ceremony — matchup to podium — is still mid-build and you can feel it, but the live spine underneath is solid enough that I'm already in a clan and staking coins on duels.
