The grind doesn't stop. But neither does the passion.

As someone who thinks a lot about visual language and pacing, the ceremony here — the celebration cards, the aurora backdrops, the way combos like THE NULLING actually feel like an event — scratches a real itch. The live 1v1 duels with voice chat are working, and the cosmetics-only economy means the leaderboard actually means something. The duel pageantry (matchup lock, podium wrap) is visibly mid-build though, which cuts against all that cinematic energy. 👍 Real-time duels with voice chat that actually work · Cosmetics-only keeps competition honest · Visual ceremony makes every combo feel deliberate 👎 Duel podium/matchup ceremony still feels half-staged ⭐ 8/10 🎮 Cropsicles (TYGA.GAMES, 2026)

As someone who frames shots for a living, I'm always thinking about how personality drives engagement, and Chessingo nails that, the bots actually have character, Grandma Gambit and BLITZ-9000 had me genuinely laughing mid-game. You jump straight into a browser, no account, no download, just pure arcade chess with a trash-talking opponent in the Lingo pane, which honestly scratches an itch I didn't know I had. My only gripe is I'm already wanting more depth, like once you've heard the banter a few times you start craving something with a bit more edge, but that's me being greedy about a free game that I didn't expect to enjoy this much. 👍 bot personalities feel genuinely distinct, not copy-paste flavor text · zero friction to start, browser play as a guest is the right call 👎 bot banter gets familiar after a few sessions ⭐ 8/10 🎮 Chessingo (HyperSonic Games Studio (published by Tyga Games), 2026)

My feed is actually just people I follow. In order. What a concept.

Los Angeles has the best community for filmmaking & cinematography. Not even close.

When filmmaking & cinematography stops being fun, take a break. It'll still be here.

Friend asked why I pay for social media. I said I'd rather pay 99 cents than be sold to advertisers.

$0.99 a year. Less than a coffee. And I'm not the product. Best deal on the internet.
