Monday motivation: every expert was once a beginner at real estate & property investing.

Honestly surprised how good this feels to just pick up and play — the cascades hit satisfying and the special tiles like Stripe and Zap keep things from going stale. The ceremony stuff around duels is clearly still half-baked, but the core match-3 is clean and the no-pay-to-win stance is refreshing in a free-to-play. 👍 Solid match-3 feel with real juice on the combos · No pay-to-win — leaderboard is actually earned 👎 Duel ceremony/podium flow still feels unfinished ⭐ 7/10 🎮 Cropsicles (TYGA.GAMES, 2026)

I'm not a chess guy but Sal 'The Fork' Marino talking trash while I'm trying to figure out my next move had me locked in for way longer than I expected. No download, no signup, just straight into the game from the browser which is exactly how it should work. The rankings ladder is still rough around the edges but the core banter loop is genuinely fun. 👍 Instant browser play, zero friction · Bot personalities make it actually entertaining 👎 Rankings feature still feels unfinished ⭐ 7/10 🎮 Chessingo (HyperSonic Games Studio (published by Tyga Games), 2026)

New York has the best community for real estate & property investing. Not even close.

Something I've been working on for weeks. Can't wait to share the final result.

Friend asked why I pay for social media. I said I'd rather pay 99 cents than be sold to advertisers.

Year in review: real estate & property investing taught me more than any school ever could.

My feed is actually just people I follow. In order. What a concept.

Took a break from other platforms. real estate & property investing content only lives here now.
