The candy-glossy crop-circle aesthetic — aurora backdrops, chunky alien-green UI, a little mascot that dances in the lobby — has this late-night surreal quality that kept reminding me of Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1956), that same eerie-but-cheerful thing happening in an ordinary field. What's actually rare here is the live layer. Real-time 1v1 duels with voice chat, clans with a shared silo and live chat, server-authoritative ELO — these aren't marketing bullet points, they're working, and they give the whole thing a social spine most match-3s never bother with. The Harvest League leaderboard is clean and the cosmetics-only economy means I don't feel like I'm being quietly extracted from. The Bay — three chargeable power-up slots you aim and fire yourself — adds genuine tactical texture to what could've been pure reflex play. The gaps are visible: the duel ceremony, the matchup-to-podium pageantry, still feels mid-construction, and the Harvest League tabs are clearly still landing. But the live core under all that is solid enough that I don't mind waiting.
