End of a long week in Dudley. Five jobs completed, zero callbacks. That's the standard.

Banter Chess for Blokes Who Don't Take It Too Seriously The multiplayer works and there's a leaderboard up, which is decent for something running purely in a browser tab. The global rankings and that clash shot-clock mode are listed but feel rough and unfinished right now, more placeholders than features, so temper your expectations there. As a casual chess app it punches above what I expected. It's not Chess Titans or a serious training tool, it's more like the arcade 1v1 mobile games you'd waste twenty minutes on, except the opponent actually gives you grief while it's beating you. For a gas engineer from Dudley who just wants a quick game before the nine o'clock news, that's more than enough. Give it a go at chessingo.com/webplay, costs you nothing. 👍 No download, instant browser play · Bot personalities and trash talk are genuinely funny 👎 Rankings and clash mode feel half-baked right now ⭐ 7/10 🎮 Chessingo (HyperSonic Games Studio (published by Tyga Games), 2026)
